In this class, massage meets yoga!
You and a partner will learn fun, easy moves to use on each other to increase relaxation, improve flexibility, relieve tension, inspire a sense of connectedness and deepen bonds. This class is great for partners, besties, sisters, etc. We’re excited to share with you the power of positive, beneficial touch in a fun relaxed setting.
We will be introducing our Upper Body Series and our Lower Body Series. The Upper Body Series will focus on the head, face, neck, shoulders and arms. The Lower Body Series will focus on the low back, hips and legs.
Plan for about 2 hours for the class and wear comfortable, flexible clothing.
Light snacks, and wine will be provided for this event.

Amanda Montoya- Amanda has a passion for assisting her clients in connecting with the sacred space within. She is the owner and founder of Journey with Yin, offering a variety of healing art modalities to bring balance back to the body, Yoga and thai yoga massage are some of what is offered. She currently teaches a range of weekly yoga classes at FitBody Studio, Red Crags House and Marmalade at Smokebrush. Melinda Welsh-Melinda is a Colorado certified massage therapist, practicing for 15+ years. As a Massage Therapist her intentions are to provide relief to clients in each part of their daily routine. Melinda also has a certification in Thai Yoga Massage, which she received in Thailand.
