The focus of this class is detoxifying and exhilarating the body, mind and spirit.
Hatha flow begins with gentle stretching and progresses to slow-flowing postures that balance and strengthen the body. Hatha postures are linked with breath and will flow from one to another, with the tool of awareness activated for connection of mind, body, and spirit. Detoxifying the body, building strength and focus. Meditation and mudras may be incorporated.
